We currently ship across all 50 U.S. states. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched quickly — so you can start your wellness journey without delay.


🚚 Delivery Overview

  • Shipping Zone: United States only 🇺🇸
  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days

📤 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


📬 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): Delivered in 5–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 2–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
  • Priority Overnight: Next business day delivery (available in select areas — contact us to arrange)

📍 Shipping Coverage

We ship within the United States, including:

  • All 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska & Hawaii (please allow 7–10 business days)
  • U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam (may include additional fees and longer delivery times — contact us before ordering)

We do not currently offer international shipping.


📦 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.
You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

If tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours, please contact us.


💵 Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $50: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $50: Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited options: Rates shown at checkout

⚠️ Delivery Issues

While we are not responsible for carrier delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses, we’ll always help resolve any problems.

  • Lost packages: Contact us after 10 business days from shipment
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/carrier, then contact us within 5 days
  • Damaged items: Send photos within 14 days — we’ll make it right

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


🎄 Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November–December), processing and delivery may take longer.
We recommend ordering early. Holiday deadlines will be announced on our website.
